I had a stubborn bit of fat on my lower belly from having 2 c-sections. No matter how hard I worked out it was not going away. As soon as I found out about Zeltiq Coolsculpting I went in for a consult, found out I was a perfect candidate and scheduled my first appointment. It was a little uncomfortable the first time, mostly because I really didn't know what to expect, but overall it wasn't that bad. I had to go in 2 times, each time I had an application on each side of my lower abs. It has now been 2 months and I really see the difference. My old jeans fit, they haven't fit in 7 years, since I got pregnant with my first child. I am really happy with my experience.

I have always been in shape but for some reason there has always been a bulge on my lower abdomen that I couldn't seem to get rid of. No matter how hard I tried, my stomach wasn't flat. I was going to be going on vacation and wanted to look perfect so I decided to do something about my bulge. I researched a bunch of different non-invasive procedures, but the before and after photos from Liposonix patients seemed to be the best. I went in for my treatment 4 weeks ago and I have lost an entire size in my pants! Totally worth it! It was a bit painful, but not unbearable, my suggestions, take the meds and you will be fine!

I have been plagued by cellulite my whole life but after each of my children was born it was so much worse. I never seemed to bounce back. I was always so bummed because there was never anything on the market that permanently got rid of cellulite. When I heard about Cellulaze I got so excited. I scoured the internet for all of the information that I could find. I finally found a highly regarded doctor in Beverly Hills who performed it and went in for a consult. Long story short, there was a lot of bruising and some pretty bad pain afterward. I had to wear a compression garment for a while...now though, after a month and a half, I am so happy. I haven't worn a bathing suit in 5 years and I just went bathing suit shopping yesterday! I am so happy I did this!

Had my first treatment of Zeltiq on my love handles about two weeks ago. Felt some initial pain similar to a bruise and then some numbness for about a week of the treated areas but have started to notice a difference already. The cost includes a second treatment of the same area. I have decided to wait about six weeks before the second treatment so I can see how well the first one worked on its own. It says the first results appear around 3 weeks and continue for two to four months. I have already seen results so I am very hopeful about the results of the full treatment. I weight 137 and am 5 foot 6. Fairly athletic build but twins left me with some extra belly fat. Overall, totally seems worth it.

Despite my pleas for a new Odyssey putter for Christmas, my wife decided to buy me a Coolsculpting treatment instead. After the initial damage to my male ego wore off, I decided to make an appointment with my dermatologist to get on with it. I have never had a cosmetic procedure before but I know other guys who have, perhaps an oddity due to the fact I live in Orange County, but I was still a little uncomfortable with the whole situation. The procedure seemed pretty straight forward, they put these suction cup things on me and started up the machine. It was a bit shocking to see how much skin actually gets sucked into the cup, but aside from that, the pain wasn't too intense during the procedure. I would say worst part was right after they took off the suction. At this point they have to "massage" the area to break apart the frozen fat, it hurts... I was sore for a couple days after, but not so much that it kept me from my daily activities. Here I am 3 months later though and I will say that the procedure did work. At least that's what my wife tells me.
